Sabre, of Southlake, Texas, now focuses on airline retailing and distribution, with SabreMosaic, an AI-native offer-and-order platform built with Google Cloud.
Founded in 1960 and listed on Nasdaq, it sold its airline operations software to CAE in 2022. Its AI lines include Sabre IQ over its travel data cloud, the Continuous Revenue Optimizer launched in October 2025 and retail intelligence tools; its claim of up to 3.5 per cent revenue uplift is its own.
Air Serbia runs SabreMosaic, Virgin Australia and Riyadh Air have contracted it, and American Airlines ran a proof of concept in 2024. Hainan Airlines contracted its fares and contract management tools.

SabreMosaic offer-and-order platform at Virgin Australia
Virgin Australia is the launch partner for SabreMosaic, which Sabre developed with Google, and plans to adopt more than 40 products in phases over two years, Aviation Business News reported on 23 September 2024. Adoption of SabreMosaic Air Price IQ and Ancillary IQ has already begun, the report said.
Sabre announced on 10 September 2024 an agreement that makes it Air Serbia's IT provider for NDC, the New Distribution Capability standard. Sabre says its NDC solutions are a building block of SabreMosaic, its retailing platform, which Sabre describes as powered by Google's AI.
The AI description is Sabre's own and applies to the platform in general, not specifically to Air Serbia's use. No go-live of SabreMosaic offers or orders at Air Serbia has been announced.
Hainan Airlines signed a long-term agreement with Sabre for Fares Manager and Contract Manager across its international network, Sabre said in a PR Newswire release of 16 January 2025.
Riyadh Air has entered into a strategic agreement with Sabre and will deploy SabreMosaic Air Price IQ, Ancillary IQ, Bundle IQ, Upgrade IQ and Continuous Revenue Optimizer, which Sabre says are powered by Sabre Travel AI, according to the company's announcement of 10 October 2024.
A second deal followed. On 13 May 2025 Sabre said it had signed a global distribution agreement making it Riyadh Air's first GDS partner, for both NDC and traditional fares.
American Airlines is working with Sabre on a proof-of-concept for SabreMosaic, Sabre's retailing platform, which Sabre describes as powered by Google's AI. In Sabre's announcement of 22 May 2024, American's vice president for revenue engineering, Marcial Lapp, said the airline looked forward to "continuing our collaboration with Sabre on a proof-of-concept for SabreMosaic".
Air Serbia became the first customer of Sabre's Air Price IQ, which Sabre called an AI-driven dynamic pricing product, Sabre announced on 12 July 2022. Sabre said matching travellers to the right fares required systems that analysed large volumes of data and used advanced machine-learning models, and Air Serbia's chief executive was quoted in the same release.
Sabre said on 10 September 2024 that Air Price IQ, "a solution powered by AI", helped Air Serbia optimise the pricing of offers in real time. By Sabre's account, the product was still in use in September 2024.
